If you are a YouTuber, Blogger or have an app and earning from Google AdSense, Google will now cut 15% or 24% tax from your U.S based traffic or views.
If your country has a Tax Treaty with The United States of America, Google will only cut 15% tax from your U.S based Views or Traffic.
And if your country does not have Tax Treaty with the USA, Google will also cut 15% if you submit Tax Information Form before 31st of May 2021.

How to submit Tax Information Form in Google AdSense Step by Step:
Google has recently sent an email or a notification to ask you to fill Tax Information Form before 31st of May 2021 and here is how to do it.
To submit Tax Information Form, you have two ways to do
1. From the notification icon you can click on “Manage Tax Info”
Click on “Manage Tax Info”
Now click on "ADD TAX INFO"
Note: Your country’s tax treaty with the USA determines how much your tax will be collected.
Here is an important step.
If you are an individual or simply means one person (yourself) who operates this account, you have to select INDIVIDUAL
Select INDIVIDUAL if you are the only one who operates
Follow the same exact steps as shown if you are the only one who operates
Now choose W-8BEN to show that you are a non-US citizen and your country has Tax Treaty with the US.
Now write your full name if you have chosen “Individual”
Select your country
Type your CNIC in “Foreign TIN” field and select Next
Now fill the same exact address which have filled when you applied for Google AdSense
Tick on Postal address as the same
Tick Yes and choose your country
Select the same options

Select to confirm that you have reviewed the generated tax document
Type your full name and select Yes I am person listed in the signature to show that you have filled the Tax Form
Choose No if you are outside of the US
Choose the first option if you have not received any payments from Google AdSense yet
And choose the second option if you have received any payments from Google AdSense
